I have come to the point in my life that I'm realizing just how important I am to so many people. Finally, it's sinking in that maybe I -am- something special. That said, I've taken a good, hard look at myself, my health, and how that effects my state of mind.
The end result is this blog. I'll document my frustrations, the days I don't feel like doing what I need to do, when I fail and when I succeed. In the end, I hope to be able to document my journey to a more healthy physical and mental state, and to perhaps be an inspiration to anyone else going through the same struggles.
